Parks and Recreation
We strive to help visitors and residents of Siloam Springs enjoy their time with family, friends, and nature. We hope you enjoy our parks, walking trails, and recreational services.
Each year, we offer sporting activities for children and adults, as well as various special events throughout the year. Please check our website regularly for the most current schedules and registration information.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are located at 120 South Mt. Olive. Please call or stop by for more information.
Gardening 101 Workshop
Saturday, March 15th, 9:00 am - 12 noon
Community Building, 110 North Mt. Olive Street
Dawn Denton, owner of Gardens by You & Me, has arranged our spring workshop again this year. Guest speakers will be covering the following topics:
- "The Bottomless Box in the Garden" - Raised Bed Gardening Basics by Dawn Denton
- "Put Your Dirt to Work" - Building Living Soil by Cole Bilyk owner of Heirloom Soils, LLC
- "Companion Planting" - Maximizing Garden Space by Rachel Bilyk owner of Heirloom Soils, LLC
Door prizes will be awarded and refreshments will be served. No registration is needed for this free event. For more information, contact the Parks & Recreation office at 524-5779.

Flag Football Tournament
Saturday, April 5th
First Game begins at 8:00 a.m.
Siloam Springs Parks & Recreation will sponsor a flag football tournament on April 5, 2014 on the fields behind the Siloam Springs middle school. The entry fee is $150 per team. Each team is allowed to have 12 players. The first game will start at 8:00 am. Registration packets are available at the Parks & Recreation office at 120 S. Mt Olive. Registration packets must be turned into the Parks & Recreation office by Friday, March 21st. For more information contact the Parks & Recreation office at 524-5779.
