Facility rentals are available, including Henry Park's large and small pavilions, City and Twin Springs Park gazebos, and the Community Building. Please review the descriptions, photos, and pricing for all facility rentals available through the City.
Bob Henry Park Pavilions
Located on Benton Street, the Henry Park pavilions are a great way to spend an afternoon with friends and family. For your convenience, there are 8 eight foot tables and 70 chairs.

Small Pavilion Deposit $100.00 - refundable
Rent $10.00 flat rate for any length of time
Large Pavilion Deposit $150.00 - refundable
Rent $10.00/hour minimum of 2 hrs.
$50.00 maximum amount charged
Sand Volleyball Deposit $100.00 - refundable
Court Rent $25.00 flat rate for any length of time

These historic icons of our town are located at the corner of University & Mt. Olive and at the south end of Broadway. Twin Springs Park also features the fountain that is to be restored as well as the flower garden that was restored by one of the Garden Clubs in town.

Rent $10.00 flat rate for any length of time
Community Building
The Community Building, located at 110 N. Mt. Olive, will accommodate 250 people. It has 21 eight foot tables and 250 chairs available for your use. The stage area is a 12' by 20' space perfect for bands or presentations. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffeemaker.

Siloam Springs Resident Rent $15.00/hour for less than 4 hrs
$50.00 for 4 to 8 hours
$75.00 for 9 to 18 hours
Non Resident Rent $25.00/hour for less than 4 hrs
$100.00 for 4 to 8 hours
$150.00 for 9 to 18 hours
Softball Fields
There are 2 adult softball fields for practice or tournament use on Lincoln Street. Restrooms are available at the complex. Playground equipment for children. Dogwood Springs Trail around the complex.
