Communications
The Dispatch Center is a 24-hour operation which provides emergency
and
non-emergency call taking and dispatching for police, fire, and city services as needed. The Center is also the Primary Answering Point (PSAP) for Siloam Springs 9-1-1 calls, which include transferring emergency calls to the appropriate agencies as needed. The Dispatch Center strives to handle all calls
in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. It is also a goal to continue to improve the training program for all dispatch employees.
