Criminal Investigation Division
The Criminal Investigations Division (CID) investigates misdemeanor and felony crimes that occur within our city limits. Investigations include all adult crimes and crimes by or against juveniles. CID is responsible for tracking sex offender registration within our city limits.
Evidence and Property
Evidence and Property a Division of CID is charged with receiving, processing, stowing and accounting for all evidence that could be presented in Court. Preparing evidence for transfer to the Crime Lab in Little Rock, for testing
in areas such as Drug Analysis, Firearms Ballistic Testing, Forensic Biology,
Latent Prints, Toxicology and DNA testing. We also collect found property from within the city that has been turned in and hold for a 90 day period for residents to make a claim.

- Weapons
