Water/Waste Water

The Department of Water/Waste Water is responsible for all public improvements made in the City of Siloam Springs. Gutters, water mains, sewer lines, and drainage are all maintained by the City of Siloam Springs Water/Waste Water Department.

Water Department Announcement

Weather permitting, the Water Department will begin their City-wide meter change out program Monday, January 30th.

During this first phase, approximately 1,600 meters will be replaced. Crews will begin work on the west side of town between Highway 412 and University, starting at State Line Road and working east. Crews expect to have the first phase completed in April. Installation of these new meters will improve the efficiency of our distribution system while reducing water loss resulting from use of the older meters. If customers in the area experience any loss of water service, they will be notified in advance.
