Meeting Rooms

The meeting room is intended for use by community members.

Scheduling a Room

  • All people reserving the room must be 18 years or older and must have a current library card or a government issued photo ID. 
  • Fill out a Meeting Room Request Form and read our Meeting Room Policy
  • Call or stop by the library to see what meeting room availabilities we have for the dates you are interested in to create a tentative reservation. 
  • Meeting room reservations are finalized after filling out the Meeting Room Request Formscheduling, and paying for the room(s). 
  • Meeting rooms may be scheduled no more than 90 days in advance. 

Meeting Room Use and Fees

Meeting rooms are available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM through 9:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM through 2:00 PM. 

  • We have 3 meeting room options for use: Meeting Room A, Meeting Room B, and Meeting Room A & B.
  • There will be a room use fee to reserve a room. 
  • After hours meetings will be charged a $50.00 key deposit fee. This is in addition to the meeting room reservation fee. The deposit will be returned after the key is returned.
