Office Access Limited; Appointments Only

Effective at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 20, all City buildings will have limited access to members of the public. We will be seeing customers only on an appointment basis, and then only one at a time. Appointments can be made by calling the department or division directly. Please see below for department details.  

 

It is of the utmost importance that you take precautions including social distancing. If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms or an individual with COVID-19, please call 1-855-438-2280. The April 14 Planning Commission / Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting is cancelled.  

 

The upcoming Board of Director meetings will continue, with social distancing tactics in place. We strongly encourage those who do not have a vital need to attend to stay home. You may still have comments read into the record and have your voice hear by emailing [cityadmin@siloamsprings.com  ]cityadmin@siloamsprings.com. Please include in your email the request to have your comments entered into the record, and if you are responding to a particular board agenda item, which item that is, or if you just want your comments to be presenting during the public input portion of the meeting. Board meetings can be watched live via Cox Channel 245 or via the website https://siloamsprings.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=1 

   

Utility billing (paying electric, water, sewer and trash bills) can be done so on online at https://www.siloamsprings.com/381/Online-Payments. You can pay via credit card, via bank withdrawal or via electronic check. Bank payments and electronic checks will not incur the 3% service fee. Cash payments will not be accepted at this point; please hold on to that payment. The City will not charge late fees on utility bills, nor will there be any shut offs until further notice. Questions regarding payments can be answered via phone at 479-524-5136 ext. 1 or by emailing serviceorder@siloamsprings.com Please include the account number and/or the service address and a means of contact. Additionally, services changes, such as new services or changing address of services, can be made over the phone by calling 479-524-5136, ext 1.  

  

Sanitation- Effective at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 20, the Transfer Station will be closed to the public. Please note that trash routes will continue to operate as normal. Recycling services have already been cancelled; however, residents are encouraged to bring recycling to the outdoor collection bins at the Transfer Station located at 1108 E. Ashley. Please review the flyer of accepted and not accepted materials.https://www.siloamsprings.com/273/Recycling and https://www.siloamsprings.com/DocumentCenter/View/2857/Recycling-Information?bidId= As an alternate, trash may be taken to the Waste Management landfill located at 2210 WM Dr, Springdale, AR 72762. Waste Management only accepts credit/debit cards.

Community Development lobby will be closed and only open for one person at a time via appointments. Please call 479-373-6466 or email commdevadmins@siloamsprings.com   

  

Parks and Recreation lobby will also be closed and only open for one person at a time via appointments. Please note all events are cancelled through April 17 and may be cancelled past that date at a future time. For appointments please call 479-524-5779 or via email at parks@siloamsprings.com  

  

Animal Shelter is closed until further notice. Approved applications on animals will continue. Please visit our online adoption center https://www.petfinder.com/member/us/ar/siloam-springs/siloam-springs-animal-services-ar111/ Once the application is approved, you will be contacted for an appointment. If your animal has been picked up and you need to retrieve it, please call 479-524-6535 for an appointment.  

  

Public Works including Streets, Water Services building is closed to public access without an appointment until further notice. Please call 479-238-0921 to make an appointment.  

 

Police Department Lobby- please call Records for an appointment at 479-524-4118 ext 5012 or by going to the website at https://www.siloamsprings.com/482/Records. Staff is able to email reports- you can request those via email at records@siloamsprings.com. Fingerprinting is closed until further notice. Patrol and emergency operations continue without disruption.  

 

Fire Stations are closed to the public without an appointment. Please call 479-524-3103 or email firedepartment@siloamsprings.com  

 

Public Library is closed until further notice. Resources are available online at https://www.siloamsprings.com/155/Library  

  

Benton County District Court Siloam Springs Division is closed until further notice. Please call 479-524-4947 or email court@siloamsprings.com 

 

Electric Department is closed to the public without an appointment. Please call 479-524-3777 or email to make an appointment pstokes@siloamsprings.com or electicdpt@siloamsprings.com
