Update: District Court/ Court Offices Closed Through April 17

Due to COVID-19 and the practice of social distancing, the Siloam Springs District Court is closed through April 17th.  

All court cases will be rescheduled by staff. If you have a pending case and would like to check on the status, please contact the court at (479) 524-4947 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or email court@siloamsprings.com.  

Payments may be made with credit/debit card by calling: 1-844-874-8624.

If you are paying by check or money order, please mail to: Siloam Springs District Court, PO Box 80, Siloam Springs, AR  72761 or use the night drop box, located on the west side of the building. Please do not leave cash.

The Siloam Springs District Court and Court Offices will be closed through April 3, with a possible reopening on April 6. The City continues to assess the COVID-19 situation and will make decisions about closures based on recommendations from the CDC and Governor’s Office. 

Please note- there will be no penalty for late payments through April 6. 


You may continue to utilize payments online by calling 1-844-874-8624 or mail to your payment to: Siloam Springs District Court, P.O. Box 80, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. You may also use the night depository located on the west side of the building. NO CASH PLEASE!

For those of you who have scheduled Court appearances during the next two weeks, the Court will work with you to reschedule a new Court date when offices re-open.

If you are aware you have an outstanding warrant, please contact the Siloam Springs Police Department.
