The City of Siloam Springs Community Survey is now available for residents to view.
Robert Haycock with the ETC Institute presented the results during a workshop to the Board of Directors on March 7.

Here are a few take-a-ways from the survey.
Residents have a positive perception of the City of SIloam Springs. Siloam Springs received high ratings for overall quality of life in the City: 78% are satisfied with overall quality of life in the City, 17% are neutral, and 5% are dissatisfied,
Satisfaction with most city services is higher in Siloam Springs than in other communities. The City rated above the Southeast regional average in 32 of the 34 areas that were compared and higher than the U.S. average in 29 of 34 areas. The City rated 33% above the U.S. average and 31% above the Southeast regional average in the quality of customer service from City employees.
Overall priorities for improvement over the next two years include: maintenance of city streets and sidewalks, effectiveness of community planning, and quality of stormwater runoff/stormwater management system.
"We are very pleased with the results that show our citizens enjoy living in Siloam Springs," said Mayor Judy Nation. "I would like to thank all of the citizens who took the time to complete the survey. We want to make Siloam Springs the best it can be for you."
