Phil Stokes Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award

Phil Stokes holds a Lifetime Achievement Award he received during a conference.

Siloam Springs Electric Director Phil Stokes was honored for his hard work, dedication and service when he received a lifetime achievement award this week.


“I was very honored to receive this recognition,” Phil said. “Without great people supporting me, this would not have been possible.”


Phil received the Pruett-Lamb Lifetime Achievement Award during the 2023 MESO Public Power Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Pruett-Lamb Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an individual who has contributed to the growth of their organization and/or Oklahoma’s Public Power community over the lifetime of their professional career.
