Did you know that the City of Siloam Springs utility office offers two convenient payment programs for its customers?

Equal Pay (Levelized Billing): With this program, customers can enjoy predictable billing by spreading their utility costs evenly over the course of 12 months. To qualify for this service, customers must have been at their current location for at least 12 months and have no more than 2 late payments. Auto Pay: Simplify your utility payments with Auto Pay! By enrolling in this program, your bills will be automatically deducted from your checking account or debit/credit card. To sign up for Auto Pay, please click on the following link and fill out the form while attaching a voided check: Alternatively, you can visit for paperless billing and easy Auto Pay enrollment.
