How do I set up an account on Xpress Billpay?
  • You will need to wait until you receive your 1st bill to go to the website and set up your account.
  •  Click here for Xpress Billpay which will take you to the Xpress Bill Pay registration. 
  • Type/Select your billing organization, "City of Siloam Springs" and follow the prompts for linking your bill.
  • Once your bill is added to your account, you can view and pay your bill online, or setup a recurring auto payment schedule.
