SCOPE OF SERVICES

2. The initial term of this proposal is for the 2018 hay baling season. The City reserves the right to extend the lease for three - one (1) year options depending upon the responsiveness of and satisfaction with the successful Proposer which would result in a maximum term of four (4) years.

for all agricultural activities on the site. An indemnification agreement must be
executed in advance of any activity on the site.

4. A certificate showing a minimum of $500,000.00 comprehensive general liability insurance shall be provided, which names the City as an additional insured, and coverage shall remain in effect during the period of the lease.

5. No subletting of the property will be allowed without prior written permission of the City.

6. When baling has taken place, the successful Proposer must have the ability to immediately re-position each bale to ensure that the bales do not interfere with the active traffic.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts of proposals, to negotiate modifications of proposals submitted, and to negotiate specific work elements with a proposer into a project of lesser or greater magnitude than described in this RFP or the proposer’s reply.
